Star Wars TV shows and new movie

George Lucas is working on two Star Wars based TV shows right now. One is a computer generated series on the Clone Wars. The other animated series on Cartoon Network a while ago was really good, so maybe this one will be too. As I understand it, the new series will take place between Episodes III and IV. We'll see how it goes.

Lucas is also at work on another show. This one will be a live action show focusing on a smaller character in the Star Wars universe. Maybe it'll be the adventures of the Max Rebo band...like you know he's been wanting to ever since he made them up.

Also there is a new Star Wars themed movie coming out called "Fanboys." I didn't know what it was for a long time, I had just seen the poster. Man, that poster looks awesome. The movie is about some kids back in 1998 who travel across the country and break into Lucas's house to steal a copy of Episode I for their friend to see before he dies of cancer. His illness is so bad that doctors don't think he will live long enough to see the movie when it comes out. Sounds good to me. I'll see it, or more likely rent it. Oh man, I found the trailer. Yep, sign me up. That was funny.

In my search for "Fanboys" info I found some really well done trailers for fan films. I love fan films, almost as much as I love fan fiction!
